About Me

Hello and thank you for visiting my page. Just to say a little bit about myself, I am a wife, a mother of 4 and just recently became a grandma to a sweet little precious baby boy. I love crafts and making things. I'm kind of starting to want to get into building things. We bought a house which was built back in the 1800's about 3yrs. Ago and you can just imagine the work that needs to be done, lol. Well it looks like I will be the one doing most of the work because my husband works all the time and by the time he comes home, the last thing he wants to do is more work. We already remodeled the kitchen/dining rm.  & it took 2yrs. Because after gutting the whole entire thing & knocking the wall out in between (my mother & I done all the demoing,lol) we started discovering a whole lot more problems than we had expected, (my husband describes it like an onion, the more you peel back, the more you cry! Oh so true.) needless to say the foundation was crumbling,  yikes! That was a nightmare to say the least but we did manage to get it finished, finally! So anyway that is my story, thanks for listening.
